Jakovac, Thomas - A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 955 Alton Rd., East Lansing with Fr. Mark Inglot as Celebrant. Visitation will be held at Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel, 325 W. Washtenaw St., Lansing on Monday, May 4 from 2-4 p.m. Visitation will continue at St. Thomas from 6-8 p.m., where the Rosary will be prayed at 7 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lansing Stoneleigh Residence, 3411 Stoneleigh Dr., Lansing, MI 48910.

Meyers, Freda - Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2009, at the Estes Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel. Interment will follow in Maple Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Eaton Community Hospice.

Sweezy, Arlene J. - The funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at the Estes-Leadley Holt/Delhi Chapel.  A graveside service will follow at 2:30 p.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery, Albion, IN.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.  Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.

Jolly Rd., Lansing.  The family will receive friends at the Estes-Leadley Greater Lansing Chapel from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday.  Memorial contributions may be made to Mount Hope Presbyterian Church or Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
